Clients have 3 days to request a refund after purchase in the event no services have been rendered. Afterward, all refunds are at the discretion of the company and will be issued on account only. No cash refunds will be issued for the safety of all front desk staff under any circumstance.No returns on merchandise or products.
Private Personal Training: Peak Human Performance has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a personal training session is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or if a client does not show, full charges will be applied to his or her member account.
Partner & Semi-Private Personal Training (private groups of 2-3): Peak Human Performance has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a semi-private personal training session is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or if the clients do not show, full charges will be applied to their member accounts. If one client cancels prior to the 24-hour notice, the other client has the option of canceling or paying a private personal training session rate. If one client cancels within 24 hours of the session, the other client will only be responsible for the partner or semi-private personal training rate.
Adult Group & Athlete Performance Classes: Peak Human Performance has a 12-hour class cancellation policy. If an Adult Group or Athlete Performance training session is canceled less than 12-hours before the appointment or if a client does not show, a session will be deducted from the client’s training package. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no shows result in the deduction of 1 session for package holders or a $15 charge to the client’s credit card for clients with an unlimited or all-inclusive.
Pilates Cancellation Policy
Due to the fact that we only have 5 spaces per class, all classes must be prepaid and all clients must agree to our 12-hour notice policy for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no shows result in the deduction of 1 session for package holders or a $15 charge to the client’s credit card for clients with an unlimited or all-inclusive package. We cannot make exceptions, so please respect this policy!

Child Care Policy
Unsupervised children on the training floor are prohibited: We are a family environment for sure, but we have to be respectful to others training in the facility as well as protect against any unnecessary injuries within the space. Thank you for understanding. We provide childcare during scheduled school breaks with a CPR certified staff member for your convenience.
Signing Up: Sign up as you would a class, the reservation will be listed under your name. This method is used to give us an idea as to who needs childcare on what specific date. Arrive 10 minutes prior to class to allow time for checking in your child(ren).
Scheduling Window: You must reserve your child’s spot 48 hours in advance or the scheduling window closes. If you find you need childcare less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled session, please reach out to us ASAP. If we’ve already made accommodations for childcare during the time in which you need we will register your child for you, no problem! However, if we do not have childcare staff already scheduled during this time we will ask you to make other arrangements for childcare.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 24 hours and no charge will be incurred on your account
Late Cancel/No-Show: Charged the equivalent of 1 child ($8.00) due to the accommodations we made in preparation of your child(ren) attending.
