Designed for competitive swimmers, this in-person program focuses on enhancing explosive power, core strength, and upper body strength, all key components for achieving faster times, more explosive starts, and stronger underwater pullouts.

Our expert swim performance coaches will guide you through specialized workouts twice a week, ensuring you are primed for success heading into the short course winter swim season.

Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Tailored 8 Week Training Program: Designed by former swimmers and college strength swim coaches
  2. Explosive Power Training: Boost your speed and reaction time off the blocks.
  3. Core Strength Workouts: Develop a rock-solid core for better stability and control in the water.
  4. Upper Body Strength: Enhance your arm and shoulder strength for powerful strokes and pullouts.
  5. Swim Strength Nutrition: Elevate your performance and your recovery with preseason nutritional guidance for boys and girls.
