Basketball Strength & Power Program


Elevate your basketball game with our 8-week Basketball Strength & Power Program! Tailored for athletes aspiring to dominate on the court and excel in the weight room, this in-person program is ideal for varsity and future college players.

Our comprehensive training focuses on the key aspects needed for peak performance:

  1. Footwork & First-Step Speed: Enhance your agility and explosiveness for quicker moves and better defense.
  2. Drop-Step Jumping Power: Boost your vertical leap for powerful rebounds and dunks.
  3. Lower Body Power: Strengthen your legs to improve vertical jumps and overall athleticism.
  4. Upper Body Strength & Stability: Develop the muscle and control necessary for longer-range shooting and defensive maneuvers.
  5. Core Training: Build core strength for better control and balance during layups and in-the-paint plays.
