PHP’s Athlete Program
Join our trusted team of coaches for our summer athlete training programs. These programs focus on isolating the athletes deficiencies by devoting specific time to strength and speed specific sessions.
PREPARATION STARTS NOW!
Athlete Level 1 – (Developmental) – The focus is on improving body awareness and motor control. Every program teaches stretching, corrective techniques, proper breathing mechanics, core engagement as well as speed and agility fundamentals. Every athlete must understand these core concepts to help reduce the risk of non-contact injury. By teaching our athlete’s science based, scalable progressions, we prepare them with a strong base knowledge they can move forward with and apply to any sport successfully. Our objective is to create a well-rounded athlete so to be prepared for our Level 2 program.
Athlete Level 3 – (Mastery) – The focus in level 3 is to Master an athlete’s specific skills. Level 3 consists of long format programs split in two categories: Strength Specific or Speed Specific. Both programs are designed to develop each skill independently. Whether you are looking to improve strength, power, explosiveness or just need to maintain during in-season competition, this is the perfect program to accomplish your goals.

End Date: August 12th
$50 Deposit to reserve a spot: Once a deposit is received an assessment will be set up to determine which level is most appropriate for the athlete.
SUMMER PROGRAM: $399 – Unlimited access to all athlete classes during the 10-weeks.
